HOUSTON - Standing ready to invest $100 million, ALDI Inc. is planning to develop 30 stores within three years in the Great Houston marketplace. The roll-out will bring 400 jobs to the region. To date, ALDI has opened 37 stores in Texas, with the concentration in Dallas/Fort Worth. The chain operates more than 1,200 stores in 32 states.
